The Prefect Impact Conference was created to bridge the leadership and influence gap among secondary school students. Through guided conversations, peer mentorship sessions, and shared experiences, young leaders were equipped with the ethical frameworks and visionary mindset needed to lead with purpose.
The conference brought together student prefects from schools across the FCT, creating a rare space where youth voices were centred, amplified, and celebrated as the driving force of meaningful change.
